We’re proud of all the organizations abiding by ABC Accreditation standards. To further the use of ABC Accreditation as a standard for O&P care, last fall ABC announced a three year agreement with the publishers of the Case Manager’s Resource Guide. This guide is distributed to over 20,000 case managers a year, and the accompanying web site receives thousands of hits a day.
In order to take full advantage of our agreement, we need to collect limited information on your organization, such as the services provided and the type of patients you care for.

The survey will ask for the Master ID of your Accredited Facility. If you are unsure of your facilities ABC Master ID, email ABC's administrative assistant Crystal Gonzalez at intern@abcop.org.
By submit this information to ABC, your listing in the Case Manager’s Resource Guide will be secured. This information will not be passed along to any additional third parties.
